SERVICE

We have 32 qualified technicians servicing our appliances around the country. We are also one of the few companies which run apprenticeship schemes and mentor our new technicians in all areas of service. A Jones Service technician will not only have experience, but will also be able to service the whole range of kitchen appliances including ovens, cooktops, rangehoods, refrigerators and dishwashers. When you call or email Smeg service, you'll get through to our in-house team who will be able to give you the best advice for your issue, or organise a service call.
